The experienced, caring staff are dedicated to making children happy, safe and ready for school.

Staff are fully qualified to level 3 or above in childcare and enhanced CRB checks are all in place. Qualified first aiders are available at every session.

We offer a good ratio of adults: children which is usually higher than the Ofsted recommendation of 1:8 (1:4 under 2's) allowing staff to spend more time with the children.

Rattlesden Preschool is a voluntary committee with a Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary and other committee members recruited from Pre-School parents. This gives them the opportunity to have an input into the further development and progress of the Pre-School.

Any parents / carers wishing to join the committee would be made to feel very welcome.
